MIDS Board

A non-profit corporation exempt under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3), the Massachusetts Infectious Diseases Society (MIDS) was established in 1987. This was later incorporated in 1999 with its bylaws and duly elected board of directors. MIDS board of directors and officers, representing a diverse group of adult and pediatric infectious disease specialists, scientists, clinicians, and advocates of the ID specialty across the Commonwealth are elected every two years.
