If you are a member of MIDS, your e-mail address may be added to a MIDS member e-mail list, along with your name and institution practice name. We also collect the payment information you provide us.

For customer service purposes, contact page and membership page entries may be retained indefinitely.  Customer order information is retained for as long as we are obliged to for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. However, we keep any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes.
